Enabling the PrestaShop cache can improve the performance of your front office, but can also introduce issues when managing your catalog using Store Commander.
If strange problems such as information not updating in Store Commander when they are correctly modified in the backoffice and on the front office, then the PrestaShop cache should be disabled.
The option can be found in PrestaShop backoffice > Preferences > Performance > Cache.
