If the server IP has changed or if the URL of your shop has been modified, your Store Commander license will need to be reset, so that it can be validated on the new IP / URL.
It is also very likely that you'll get a message asking for a license reset when launching Store Commander from your PrestaShop backoffice after an IP or URL change.
To reset your license, log onto your customer account on our website www.storecommander.com > My Account > My Subscription.
You will then see your license key, and below a link called 'Reset license'.
Click on that link. Instantly the license has been reset.
You can now enter your license key in the Welcome form that will pop up when starting Store Commander from your backoffice.
