How can I download a product image from Sc?

You can download a product image from the Image panel in your Store Commander interface.

In the Image property, click the icon  to enable: 2 new columns are displayed: Width and Height, but also the possibility to click the image to download it.

Once you click on the image, a new tab will open up with the image. Right click and save the image.
