A year of innovation, partnerships and support
In 2024 Store Commander, continues to improve the management of its online stores and optimizes e-commerce processes to best meet market expectations, and solves the major problems faced by e-merchants using PrestaShop and Shopify.
Thanks to its constant commitment to innovation and service improvement, the solution has strengthened its reputation by multiplying its participation in trade shows and partner events, while continuing to provide day-to-day support to its e-merchants, which remains our priority.
Increased participation in e-commerce trade fairs
In 2024, Store Commander took part in several major international trade shows, bringing together the major players in e-commerce and digital solutions. These shows, such as Tech for Retail in France, eShow Madrid and eShow Barcelona in Spain, enabled Store Commander to connect even more closely with the ecosystem.
During these events, numerous exchanges enabled visitors (customers, agencies, partners or pureplayers) to discover the latest functionalities of the Store Commander module, to measure the real impact of the tools offered, and its latest integrations with technology partners.
These Europe-wide trade shows were also an opportunity for Store Commander to forge strategic partnerships with other players in the sector, to strengthen its network of agency and technology partners, while continuing to refine its understanding of the challenges and expectations of the sector.
Numerous partner events
2024 was also marked by strong collaboration with long-standing partners, as well as the integration of new strategic alliances. Store Commander took part in numerous events organized by its partners, including conferences, forums and professional meetings.
The year was punctuated by the PrestaShop Tours, which took us to the four corners of France to meet with e-tailers, Sc customers and partner agencies. In June, the PrestaShop Day was the highlight of the year, and a large part of the Sc Dream Team was on hand for the occasion.
We also met up with members of the FOP (Friends Of Presta) community for FOP Days 2024 in Marseille, an annual event aimed at all PrestaShop players (developers, integrators, users of the French solution), but also more broadly at CMS solutions professionals working in e-commerce.
These privileged moments of exchange with our partners were multiplied during the summer months, with the West Day, an e-commerce event organized by the Soledis agency in the Gulf of Morbihan, followed by the Kiwik Digital Summer organized by the Kiwik agency in Orléans, and finally the emblematic summer Barbecue organized by the Axome agency in Saint Etienne.
In September, our technology partner Shippingbo organized its first eScale event at the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris, followed in October by the Cible Web Connect, run by the Cible Web agency in Montpellier.
These events enabled Store Commander to strengthen its visibility and to grow its network of partners, offering ever more effective solutions tailored to merchants' needs.
Our daily challenge: supporting our users
In addition to its involvement in events, Store Commander placed customer support at the heart of its strategy in 2024.
The company continued to develop a dedicated support service, guaranteeing reactive and personalized assistance to its customers, whether to answer technical questions (via chat, e-mail and telephone) or to provide practical advice on optimizing their online stores (via demos and training courses).
Throughout the year, Store Commander shared a wide range of content with all its users, both novice and more experienced. These resources are designed to make it easier for users to get to grips with the tool, enabling them to familiarize themselves more quickly with the module and its many functions.
Every month, Sc webinars are organized with a dedicated question-and-answer session to respond to the issues raised by the topic in question. Twice a year, entire question-and-answer sessions are also offered, for even more targeted support of user needs.
Knowledge-base articles and video resources in the form of mini-tutorials and tutorials are also regularly added and made available to guarantee a fluid, optimized user experience.
