Following up on unvalidated carts

Within the Customers interface in Store Commander, you will find a Convert view, with which you can extract specific data to help you setup campaigns in order to increase your conversion rate and your sales!

You can for example follow up on unvalidated carts easily.

First use the filtering tool in the 'confirmed orders' column entering >0 in 'Nb products in cart'.


And then use the Quick export option  to copy/paste the list onto a spreadsheet.


You can then use your usual mailing tool to send a message to all these customers.
