FixMyPrestaShop - Set the period of customer account creation

Sc FixMyPrestaShop addon includes a control to detect customer accounts created on your shop X months ago and who haven't placed any orders.

These customers can then be removed off your shop if necessary.

Once you have run the control, the corresponding customers are listed in the right handside panel.

You can then export the list (copy/paste) onto a spreadsheet to check/delete these customer accounts off your shop.

Pour définir la période (comptes créés depuis X mois), naviguez dans Outils > Préférences > Application > FixMyPrestaShop > Vérifier les clients selon le RGPD : saisissez le nombre de mois dans la colonne Valeur.
