Customer Service - Email templates

Whenever you send an email using Store Commander's Customer Service interface, the Prestashop email template will be used. The template can be found in Prestashop backoffice > Localisation > Translation.

Select E-mail template translations and click on the US flag:

In the email template page, click on Core e-mail to display its configuration:

Look for 'reply_msg' and modify the text as you wish:
