The integration of the Sc x Sbo connector allows you to compare the Shippingbo logistics SKUs with the reference in your PrestaShop store.

1. What does the synchronisation do?
As soon as the connector interface is opened (when the API configuration is already in place), a synchronisation is performed to check the products, packs and batches in Shippingbo and compare them with those in your PrestaShop store.
The connector will then be able to list the missing products, packs and batches that you can create, whether for Shippingbo (via an export) or for PrestaShop (via an import).
This process uses the Shippingbo logistics SKUs and the PrestaShop references.
2. Stock synchronisation
Stock updates are managed directly and solely between Shippingbo and PrestaShop.
3. Creating products
• For PrestaShop products that need to be created on Shippingbo, the connector will generate a csv file with the information you have previously chosen, which you can then import into your Shippingbo account interface.

A batch is a set of the same product, with a quantity greater than 1.
