How to get my API account?

To be able to use the Sc x Sbo connector, you need to connect your Shippingbo account to your PrestaShop store via Store Commander.

This requires an API account that the Shippingbo support team can provide you with.

You need to ask for an API account with the following roles;

• API
• Products
• Orders
• Receipt

You also need to provide them with an email address (that has not yet been used in Shippingbo).

And it's also important that you mention that this API account is required to configure the Store Commander connector.

The Shippingbo support will then email you the account infomation that will include an email and a password.

In the connector's configuration tab, enter the email onto API user and the password onto the API token field.
