• Which Sc plan do I need to benefit from the Shippingbo connector?

You can subscribe to either Solo PLUS or MultiStore PLUS plan that will include the Sc Shippingbo tool.

• What are the PrestaShop versions compatible with your Sc x Sbo tool?

You need to be using PrestaShop version 1.6.1 minimum in order to use the Sc x Sbo tool.

• How do I connect Sc to Shippingbo?

• I have a Solo plan and I don't have access to the Shippingbo option. What should I do?

To access the connector, you need to upgrade your plan to Solo PLUS

• Some of my products are reporting an error, why?

The error should be indicated in the Error tab of the interface. You can find more information on this article.

• I'm using Advanced Pack module. Can I manage these packs with your Sc x Sbo connector?

No, the Sc x Sbo connector take into account only native PrestaShop packs. Packs via another module are not managed with our tool.
