If you see this error during a CSV import or export, the problem could originate from:
- Your import file is too large and the script is broken by the server because of the timeout. In that case you can reduce the number of lines to handle in your CSV and use the auto-import tool which will relaunch the import process each 20 lines for example. Please refer to this article for more information.
- If the error pops up during a csv export, the selected data to expirt is too big and the export script is stopped by your server because the allocated memory is not enough for the process. You'll need to modify your export configuration according to your serveur memory allocation, or increase this setting.
