Error: I could not obtain a new local license key. Do you use a firewall?


If you see this error after entering your license key in Store Commander Welcome form, you will need to reset your license from your account on > My licenses.

Back to the Welcome form, enter your license again.

If the error persists, use the url  .../SC/index.php?resetlicense=resetlicense
