You can quickly round up the prices of all products on your shop using Store Commander rounding option.
Let's see how in this video:
Choosing the rounding rule
Before modifying your prices in bulk, you first need to choose the rounding rule from Store Commander's settings found under Tools > Settings > Prices.
From a strategic point of view, you can decide to apply 3 different rounding rules:
0 - Rounding up to the nearest 5 cents
1 - Rounding up
2 - Rounding down
You can choose to round up to the nearest 5 cent (0), round prices up (1) or round prices down (2).
Applying the rounding option
The rounding options can be found in the popup menu when your mouse is in one of the 3 prices columns: wholesale price, price excl. tax and price incl. tax.
The option will be grayed out if your mouse is in another column.
You will then see 7 options for you to choose from.
Choosing to round down (option 2 in Settings), let's take the example of a t-shirt which price is 8.92€ after the tax change. The rounding options will be:
X,00 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.00
X,X0 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.90
X,05 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.90
X,49 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.49
X,50 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.50
X,90 will round the price of 8.92 to 8.90
X,99 will round the price of 8.92 to 7.99
Since the option is part of the mass-update menu, the price rounding options can be applied to dozens or even hundreds of products in bulk in 2 minutes.
This price rounding option is also applicable to your combinations in the same pop-up menu > Mass-update > Combinations > Rounding prices
