Whenever products are modified in the Shopify backoffice (by an employee or another application), the information in 'Updated in Shopify' column will be displayed in red with 'Yes'.
You'll then need to update your Sc interface by using the icon into the toolbar.
At that point, you can filter the products of the column 'Updated in Shopify' to only display the products requiring this update.
Click into the icon ‘ Select all products ’ and then into this icon
You may follow the process indicated at the bottom right:
When the process is completed, the value ‘Yes’ change to ‘No’ and the color background reset.
To avoid any further manual process, the information is automatically updated in Sc when you haven't been connected for over 30 minutes.
