Functionalities

Managing your delivery dates has never been so easy!

1. Administration panel

• Manage your delivery dates very easily with the two Carrier and Delivery dates tabs
• In just one click, create your delivery dates thanks to the couple generator Carrier/Payment
• Activate/desactivate the delivery date display for each carrier
• Indicate for each carrier whether the shipment and/or the delivery can occur on a Saturday or a Sunday: the delivery date is then automatically recalculated!
• Keep your mind at peace!  A delivery date which is calculated and which falls on a Saturday or a Sunday switches automatically to the following Monday!
• Specify a number of days that will be added to all delivery dates in the event that a product out-of-stock is part of a customer’s order
• Spread your daily shipments during rush times by moving your usual shipment time one hour earlier
• Specify the departure time of parcels: all orders placed after that time shall leave the following day and delivery dates shall take this delay into account - New!
• Add a further delay according to whether the products are in or out-of-stock in order to pour sharpen the way delivery date are calculated product by product. For instance, if a product displays the message “Shipped within 10 days” whereas the standard shipment time is 2 days, you can add 8 days to the product displaying this message  
• Blocks shipment before a specific date; very useful when you go on vacation! 
• A "Preview" feature allows you to see the dates that will be displayed to your customers according to an ordering date/time and the content of your e-cart - New! 
• Module fully compatible with PrestaShop 1.4 release - New!
• If you are going on holidays, you may indicate the date of your return New!
• Bank holidays are now supported and move delivery dates accordingly either globally or by country New!

2. Pre-ordering

• Displays delivery dates on the product page using the default  carrier and default payment means on the store - New!
•  Displays delivery dates on the means of payment selection page according to the carrier and the type of payment  
• Displays a standard delivery date and a maximum delivery date

3. Post-ordering

• The email confirming the customer’s order contains all delivery dates
• The customer can look up delivery dates for each of his/her order placed in his account orders history 

4. Installation

Installation consists purely in installing the module with no modification the core Prestashop files. You can either choose to install the module yourself using the procedure explained in the readme.txt file which is provided to you or we can install it for you for a small fee. Full back up of your files is completed prior to installing the module.

5. Technical support

This module will be updated according to cybermerchants’ needs and Prestashop’s future releases. Technical support is provided by Store Commander Sarl by email.

7. Compatibility
